Cleaning Services Description Moving-in Cleaning: Extremely detail oriented cleaning service; we ask that we could do a walk thru at the customer’s new home prior to the schedule date if all possible. Our Maid Services does prepare customers new home so they are able to move right away into their new home, sparkle clean. Including not limit to, the cleaning of walls, selling fans, windows sills, blinds, doors, base boards, floors in general, bathrooms, family room, diner room, kitchens, all cabinets will be cleaned and disinfected on the in and outside area.Deep Cleaning:  Very detailed oriented cleaning which consists of: Dust all furniture, picture frame, and foliage, ornamental plants, change linens if needed, vacuum all floors, and mop hard floors. All bathrooms will be cleaned from top to bottom, fans, doors, baseboards and blinds will be wiped down. In the kitchen we will wipe everything on the outside and microwave on the inside, the fridge and oven it will be determined at the customer’s discretion. Maintenance Cleaning:  Done on weekly or bi-weekly visits. We will deliver to our customer’s home a very detailed oriented maintenance cleaning which consists of: Dust all furniture, picture frame, and foliage, ornamental plants, change linens if needed, vacuum all floors, and mop hard floors. All bathrooms will be cleaned from top to bottom. Fans, doors, baseboards and blinds will be wiped down randomly. In the kitchen we wipe everything on the outside and microwave on the inside on every visit. Monthly Cleaning: Once a month our Maid Services will send a crew to your home, the crew will perform the services that is done on Maintenance Cleaning plus two of the randomly items, instead of one like on regular maintenance visits, it will be picked on as need basis, every home has a different need, We will try to meet our customers need.Move-out cleaning: The Moving out Cleaning Services does Include not limit to; Wash bathrooms from top to bottom, cleaning of walls, base boards, selling fans, windows sills, blinds, doors, floors in general, family room, diner room, kitchens, all cabinets will be cleaned on the in and outside area, we assume that home must be empty and there is no heavy garbage to be removed. We will provide all cleaning supplies and equipments. Exterior Water Pressure Cleaning: Per customers request as need to do basis we will pressure wash your home on the outside, patio, drive way, garage floor, pool area, decks and more.Carpet Cleaning: We will wash your carpet or rugs upon you request, what customers love the most is that is One Call, One Appointment and One Bill, it’s very Simple! Just Call. We will take care of all your cleaning needs for you at no extra charges.  Different Cleaning Projects that we can help customers with: Spring Cleaning, Prior to New Born Arrival Cleaning, Green Cleaning, Snow Birds, we do personalize our services within every once needs. Scott an average size house of six rooms accumulates forty pounds of dust per year! Forty pounds! Imagine, having eight, five pound bags of dust scattered around your home or office. Who is going to clean that up? If you are like the average household, you probably consist of two adults, and both are busy working, or with the children's; doing what they do best. Time is scarce, so when you have it you don't want to waist it doing cleaning. Well you really should not. This is our job! It's what we do best.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR MAID SERVICES  Your home will be quoted with a flat fee, in most cases customers aren’t home and we do relay on the quality of the work done, not only how long the crew peform the work.  If you are working on a project that requires an hourly maid, it can be discursed at the Free Estimate Visit.  We don't require customers to be at home at the cleaning visit, if needed an arrangement may be done prior to the scheduled date.  Dogs and pets are welcome, If you feel comfortable leaving them loose it's ok with us. We do accept all major credit cards. Estimate may be booked over the internet. Customer with their appointment on Hollidays we will try to reschedule and accommodate every one at their convenient day and time. We provide the cleaning equipment and the customer provides the cleaning supplies, garbage bags and paper towels. Our cancelation Policy: We do understand that inconveniences do arrive without notice, so customers may call us ASAP to reschedule their appointment without any penalty, one per occurrence. To better serve you and other customers Tropical Maid requires 7 days notice prior to any reschedule or cancellation. All canselations done with less then 7 days customer will be accessed with a fee or the Pre-Paid fee will not be refunded NO ACEPTIONS.
